Lexpes Elubb, nicknamed Bubble Plexisteel Helmet, is a villain in Bonds and Ben 10: Protector of the Omniverse. He first appeared in Never Forget You. He is a member of an unknown species from an unknown planet.
Appearance
Bubble Helmet has his Omniverse appearance, but his colors match the color palette of Heroes United. The gray spheres on his hands and knees are pink instead.
Personality
Bubble Helmet has a low opinion of law-abiding individuals.
History
Prior to Bonds
At some point, Bubble Helmet was hired by Otto to become his right-hand man.
Bonds
In Never Forget You, Bubble Helmet and Otto arrived on Earth to give Adriel Albright a Null Void Projector in exchange for some Taydens. They both discouraged him from going into the Null Void, with Bubble Helmet saying that a puny human like him would be eaten as soon as he stepped in. Adriel respectfully declined their advice and Otto and Bubble Helmet promptly left Earth.
Prior to Protector of the Omniverse
Otto and Bubble Helmet were tricked by the Plumbers into meeting them for a tech deal, where they were imprisoned in the Null Void and went their separate ways.
Powers and Abilities
He is immune to poisonous gases.
Equipment
His main weapon is his armor which allows him to have movable legs and arms. The armor also has a built-in jetpack and allows him to stretch his extremities. Bubble Helmet has two staffs that can be swung around and can shoot lasers, as well as a laser gun.
Weaknesses
He cannot live on a planet like Earth without life support and will have trouble breathing without it.
