Bolt is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Eldinerr from the planet Þrumuveður set to appear in Bryce Bowman: Devil's Bounty.
Appearance[]
Bolt's body is made of electrons that give off teal light. He has white eyes and hair that glows.
Bolt wears a black jumpsuit that has a lightning bolt shaped cutout in the torso, with a short sleeve on the left side. The other side of his torso is un-covered.
Bolt wears black, finger-less gloves that have a lightning bolt shaped tail that runs up his forearms, slightly.
Occasionally, there will be a stream of high-velocity electrons arcing away from his body and looping back into another part of his exposed skin.
The Omnitrix appears on his left shoulder.

Powers and Abilities[]
While he is made of pure electricity, Bolt cannot manipulate electricity as one would expect.
Bolt moves and perceives everything at light speed, which is roughly 299,792,458 meters per second or 670,616,629.3844 miles per hour. If he wants to be perceptible and understandable to people around him, he has to use an extreme amount of time, at least from his point of view, and a ridiculous amount of energy. He can try to fight enemies while severely hampering his speed, but the effort it takes from him is immense and it would put him at a great disadvantage.
His running speed is obviously several times the speed of light, but his absolute top speed is unknown. In a full-blown sprint, Bolt would be faster than Jetray, easily, and even, theoretically, Jetray's Ultimate form.
Bolt is about as strong as Bryce, post-augmentation, meaning he could lift a car but would have trouble throwing it.
Bolt's species as a unique ability to travel through conductible materials. He touches the material and essentially is drawn inside it, and can then travel around relatively freely. This actually slows him down, considerably, so he uses this to communicate with people moving at regular speeds.
While moving, small electrical bursts can arc off his body and strike nearby objects, preferring conductive materials over others, but this doesn't mean they won't attack stone or brick or even living organisms.
Bolt is a physical being, despite being made of electrons. He cannot pass through solid objects. However, this means he is capable of holding objects and people, or punching them. Although, this brings up other problems which will be discussed later.
Weaknesses[]
Bolt is very fragile. He can't take very much damage, or his body destabilizes and he will effectively die, which reverts Bryce to his default form.
Bolt's conduction travel can be used against him if he punches something made of metal or another conductive material. He will be trapped inside for a short time, and, if the material is insulated before he gets out, he could be trapped.
By far his biggest weakness is that Bolt is extremely obvious. With his body randomly arcing out and striking random things and glowing bright blue he is quite hard to miss. Even when he is moving at light speed, and wouldn't necessarily be visible as himself, he is quite loud. Every time he makes a move with some distance, there is a thunderclap. Because he is literally humanoid lightning. So, standing around and talking, or motioning with his hands doesn't quite do it, but any decent stride or run or even walking.
Since Bolt moves at light speed, he can't engage in combat with a vast majority of opponents, seeing as he would obliterate them with a single punch. Instead, when dealing with low-life thugs and whatever, he'll simply remove their weapons from them or move their targets out of the way. He will also, sometimes, poke bullets as they fly through the air, disintegrating them almost instantly.

- He is Bryce's fastest known form, and it is unlikely that he will ever acquire a faster one.
- His species and planet names come from the Icelandic words for "lightning" and "thunderstorm".
