Much like Earth dogs, Bo is man's best friend. He is very loyal and respectful to X who is indeed his owner and best friend. He is also a good fighter, attacking anyone who X tells him to attack.

Bo looks like Wildmutt in UA except that he has a black collar around his neck with a gold symbol on it saying "Bo".
