The Biomnimatrix (Or Biomnitrix) is the Omnitrix system that Shahzeb developed.

The Biomnitrix is two Omnitrixes that are linked together, thus allowing the user to perform alien fusions by slamming the two gauntlets together. The Omnitrix cannot do this without removing its faceplate. By using just one gauntlet, the user can transform into normal aliens.
It can be voice-controlled, as Shahzeb shouted the names of his aliens shortly before transforming, and he didn't manually select them. ShahZeb can also turn into his fused alien forms without actually having to say the name, similar to the Omnitrixes' Master Control.
- The right Biommnitrix has the ability to evolve aliens into their Ultimate Form, granting them new powers and new abilities that are more powerful.
- The evolution feature worked by placing the selected species in a simulation, right down to the DNA, for an extended period of time, about a million years or so, in what is described as a "worst case scenario"; the actual DNA is then simply modified to match the new DNA. This survival of the fittest routine explains why the evolutions are more combat-centered than their normal forms.
- It also allows him to transform into the Ultimate Forms of his aliens without first turning into their devolved forms.

- No fusions are stored in the Biomnitrix. The aliens are fused by the slamming of both gauntlets together.
- All Way Big fusions are smaller than Way Big, unless he is fused with something of the same size or bigger
- When the Biomnitrix times out, the sounds of the original and latest Omnitrixes' respective time-out clips play simultaneously.
- It can accommodate magical creatures and can even scan imperfect beings or fuse non-sapient with human DNA to make it usable.
