Magister Lionel "Bill" Millionson, aka Grandpa Bill as his grandchildren call him, is the paternal grandfather of Dill Million, as well as the father of Leo Reekalaw.
Lionel or "Bill" is a legendary Magister rank Technician, and the mentor of Dill. Bill is currently the Technician Magister of Earth.

Bill wears a black shirt, covered by a blue button up Hawaiian shirt with a floral design. He has grey hair and white pants. His shoes are grey at the top and black at the bottom.
The colors of his Hawaiian shirt choices change from his normal blue and dark blue, continuously.
Powers and Abilities[]
Although Bill doesn't have any super powers, he is very skilled in combat and can take on anyone who does have them as he is quite athletic for someone of his age. Being a Technician, he has access to a variety of various Technician tools and weaponry, which he uses wisely and skillfully. Experience from his Technician days made him knowledgeable on various species of aliens. He is also able to strategize well and is skilled in inventing new machines.
He is also an expert in flying various spacecrafts.

- Though it is a running gag most of his alien cooking tastes disgusting and sometimes attack, some of his cuisines taste good.
