Benubis is an Osirisian from the planet Horutra in Ben 10: Alien Alliance. he was unlocked by Anubis in The Resurrection of Anubis. It was first used by Ben in The Secrets of the Vesuvius.

He looks completely like Anubis but with an ultimatrix on his waist because his chest shouldn't open anymore.

Coopnubis

Coopnubis is a varation on Benubis. Coopnubis looks no where near the same as Benubis, he has bandages with light blue eyes and a blue ultimatrix symbol on his chest.

Coopnubis can only be used by Cooper Danniels (Kevin's Death Timeline). This is because he use now the ultimatrix in his timeline (according to Paradox, for each creature in the universe there is 1.000.000 parallell worlds). Coopnubis is unlocked by Ben after they defeatBen . He only appears in the 18th episode of Ben 10: Alien Alliance Better World?
