Ben Tennyson is the deuteragonist of the Gwen 10 series.
Appearance[]
Ben typically wears the same clothes as his prime counterpart, as Ben's usual clothes consisted of a black-striped, white shirt with short sleeves, military green cargo pants with side pockets with a black belt hidden under his shirt, and black and white sneakers with black stripes. he will also carry around a green backpack to hide his sharp shot equipment.
when in his sharp shot attire he would wear a technologically advanced-looking mask that he got while at a festival in New Orleans, he also inverts his T-shirt so that the black of the T-shirt is white and vice versa. he also rests the proto-tool on his shoulder while not in use and he rides his hoverboard.
Personality[]
being 10 years old, Ben is cocky and often disregards other people's feelings and the consequences of his actions. however, that did start to change over his summer vacation adventures as he would start to care more for his super-powered cusion, and he'd gain more respect for his ex-plumber grandpa. due to his love for comic books and superhero cartoons, Ben wants to be a hero in any way he can, even if it meant being Gwen's sidekick for a short while before becoming sharp shot. a hero in his own right, although he would still act selfishly with this persona from time to time.

after finding the Omnitrix on summer vacation, Gwen, Ben and Max go around America, visiting landmarks and small towns alike, while also saving the day whenever they need to. for more, visit the link and watch the story.

Powers and Abilities[]
Although it has yet to be discovered, Ben has the ability to manipulate mana, in a similar manner to the prime version of Gwen Tennyson.
Ben will often use his X321 to be able to keep up with Gwen and to help save people when Gwen can't get to them. in some circumstances, he will use his hoverboard as a shield when he needs to.
he also wields the proto-tool after taking it from MT Rushmore. while he has yet to discover all of its functions, he has become proficient in what of it he does understand. managing to use it as a long-range weapon and a melee weapon.

without his equipment, Ben is powerless and a regular 10-year-old, until he learns how to manipulate mana.

Gwen Tennyson:[]
Although they initially didn't get along, Ben and Gwen have grown closer together over the summer vacation as since he didn't get the Omnitrix, he had to learn how to be more humble, and he gained a new respect for Gwen. now the pair work as a duo and trust each other, and Ben gets to name all, of the new aliens she unlocks as Gwen isn't as good with naming them as he is.
max Tennyson:[]
Ben respects max on a level that he doesn't even show to his father as Ben was able to get a full relationship with max. even learning about max's secret past as a plumber, only fueled his interest in max's past and his want to become a plumber in the future. even if there dispanded at the moment.

Kevin Levin:[]
Kevin is Ben's man rival. starting as friends, they would become rivals when Ben would go against kevin's want to only think of himself and not of the lives that would be affected by their actions. despite Kevin causing his mutation on his own, Kevin still blames Ben for turning him into his amalgam form, and this is the main reason for Kevin’s hatred of Ben. Ben can see the good in Kevin but is unable to reach out to him.

Ben and charmcaster have been shown to be able to get along when the time calls for it, however, they still don't like each other due to charmcaster wanting Gwen dead.
Vilgax:[]
despite managing to hide it well, Ben is scared of vilgax to some extent, knowing that without any powers, he can't do anything to stop him. However, it hasn't stopped Ben from trying as he'll always have his family's back.
