Ben Tennyson is a hero in Ben 10,000 (B10K). He first appeared in And Then There Were 10 in Ben 10 and Ben 10,000: And Then There Were 10K. He is a human from the planet Earth.
Appearance
Ben's Descriptions
Ben's physical appearance has changed throughout the series from a ten-year-old to a sixteen-year-old. However, he retains some recurring characteristics. He has shaggy brown hair, green eyes, pale skin, and he's quite skinny for his age, though he shows a lot of muscle definition due to being athletic. When he grew older, it is evidently that he used to have a mustache that resemble a 1970's mustache and a goatee as his body was well built because he used to play adult soccer, fought with his enemies, and he were well built right after the event of Ben 10 Omniverse, a long shaggy brown hair with light brown highlights, he also retain his famous green eyes, and pale skin. At the time of Ben 10,000, Ben is now more well-built and more muscular. He lost his "1970's" mustache and goatee as he now sport a large beard. His hair changed from a long shaggy hair to a well short as it is slicked back with some shaggy-curly hair as he don't have the highlights anymore. He still have his pale skin and green eyes. He grew up from an athletic but skinny one to a well-built one.
Regular Appearances
In the Ben 10,000 flashbacks, he returned to use his Alien Force and Ultimate Alien jacket as he switched his Omniverse shirt to a black-striped with green shirt. He have green pants. He have a baseball cap that features "Ben 10" sometimes as needed. He have fingerless gloves. He has sneakers that is green and black to sport. He used his Omnitrix on his left arm.
In Ben 10,000 (B10K) Ben now sport a green-striped with black shirt that has a white "10K" on the left side of the shirt with short sleeves. Ben also have green stripes on the right side of the shirt. He use black fingerless gloves with green dots each on the gloves. He have a green pants that have kneepads on each. He have a belt that features tech gadgets, a Plumber badge, the belt buckle that have the "10K", pouches, and his own cell phone. He have black boots. His swords, The 10K-Swords is on his back. He have his Ultimate Omnimatrix-10K on both of his arms.
Special Appearances
According to Ben, sometimes he is invited to special events like the President's dinner party which is confirmed in the seventh episode, he wear a custom-made suit that is designed to be a light and loosen for him to wear. His suit jacket is green with the Omnitrix symbol with the "10K" symbol being present on the left side of the jacket below the handkerchief. His suit trousers is also green. The shirt behind the suit jacket is white with black dots. The vest is black with green stripes. The tie is black with severe omntrix symbols to dominate. He also have a glasses that have green shades. His hair is French Crop which Ben mentioned as a cool and more comfortable hair when he's not fighting.
He have a pajamas that is whole green with a green bunny slippers.
In the fourth episode, where Ben and his team went to the beach, Ben used his beach shorts that is whole white with green stripes and a "10K" on the right side of the beach shorts. He also use his beach sandals which is black.

Personality
When Ben was younger, he used to be cocky, childish, and arrogant, as Ben's immaturity and attention-seeking behavior often led him to joke around, regardless of the situation. His allies often criticized his attitude, unaware of the fact that he used his own humor to mask his fears from the enemies and the allies that he made. Despite some childish attitude, Ben was able to be heroic, caring and generally good-natured, always willing to save others at any time.
Over the years, when Ben grew older, he has displayed good leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt his attitude to a situation, becoming serious when it's called for. He became more mature, responsible and sensible. He's kind-hearted, willing to sacrifice even his own life for others. His idealistic views and unwillingness to compromise his values – aspects condemned by Azmuth, yet commended by others – sometimes drive him to act against reason, such as helping his enemies if they need it (most remarkably Vilgax). Professor Paradox has praised Ben's good nature, going so far as to say he had the gift to make the right choices at the right moments. When he was younger, he often stated that he can be silly or unintelligent because of his immaturity, Ben is cunning and resourceful when needed, quickly adapting when he used his old omnitrixies as it doesn't provide him with the alien he wanted. But when he became an adult, he were able to become more serious, able to handle his emotions, don't think himself as a person who is able to get more glory through his heroic actions, he can be vicious if someone hurt himself, his family, his friends, and the people of the Earth and the universe. He can be goofy, use his humor, and have fun at times when he is in a good place.
However, when Ben fails to save someone, or if someone gets hurt because of his failures, he becomes angry and much more violent. Perhaps the most notable of these instances is when Kevin willingly mutated himself to succeed where Ben had failed and stop Aggregor, Ben was set on killing Kevin, even fighting Gwen when she refused to help him. He also threatened to hunt down and destroy the Forever Knights once making Driscoll promise to cease the hunting of aliens. He also used to mutilate Vilgax in order to protect his family, his friends, the people of the Earth, and the universe from Vilgax taking over with his ultimate plan after Ben saw how Vilgax killed people in Bellwood with his very powerful wipe machine.
Throughout the B10K Flashbacks and the events of Ben 10,000 it is shown that Ben starts thinking of himself less and thinking about others as equally. But he can be serious, vicious, violent, humble, goofy, smart, use his strategy/tactics/operations through actions, reasons, and logics, creative, and caring. At times, he can think himself of a superhero but he know that he is also a Plumber, a leader of his own city, the leader of the Universe to protect.
