Benjamin Kirby Tennyson, often Ben Tennyson, Super Ben or simply Ben, is the teenage, superhero main character of Ben 10: Alien Universe and Back in Action: Alien Universe. Armed with an alien device called the Omnitrix, he can transform into one of over one million aliens to step a mile in their shoes. His cockiness and overall attitude and personality are very similar to that of regular Ben. He even shows a lot of love and devotion to making sure his cousin Gwen is okay over all, rather having Gwen alive than Kevin Levin, an old villain turned into a new ally. He now wields the Assault Omnitrix.
He is currently dating Julie Yamamoto/Alien Universe.

Counterparts of Super Ben are shown often throughout the series. Here's a list:
- Ben 10 (Canon Series)
- Killed by Scarogus Ben (Limited) - This version of Ben was killed by Scarogus' removal of many of the Cyogen crystals from Ben as Articguana in Limited. The Omnitrix was revoked from his dead body and brought back to its intended user--Grandpa Max. This timeline would lead to the Earth being destroyed by the Thep Khufan armada.
- Gwen 10: Alien Force Ben (Gwen 10: Alien Force) - Not truly shown, this version of Ben was overriden by Super Ben's accidental teleport to this timeline. He would have never received the Omnitrix, as Gwen would have instead.
Trivia
- The events of Alien Universe have been mainly retconned, although the new versions of the episodes to be seen in Back in Action: Alien Universe are fairly similar in story, and also do not pertain to the main timeline of Alien Force, Ultimate Alien, or Omniverse.
- Ben has four yet-to-be seen aliens, including Forge, a cousin of Armodrillo's.
- This Ben will one day call himself Super Ben, not particularly favoring Ben 10 or Ben 10,000. Ironically, he will receive an Omnitrix that parallels the original Ben 10,000's.
