Vicetopus is a Nemetrix predator used by Zed. Her kind, the Vicetopi, are the predatory species to Cerebrocrustaceans.

She is a large red octopus with red eyes.
Powers
Vicetopus can extend her tentacles far distances to grab it's prey. Vicetopus seems to be immune to electricity.
