Ben 10: The Ultimate Omniverse is a series by RealGechoman44 that follows Ben Tennyson, Rook Blonko, and Kevin Levin six years after the ending of Omniverse as the story continues from where it left off. The number of seasons it is supposed to have has not been decided yet, but it will have at least 2, and the idea was thought up in July of 2019.

- Albedo now resembles how he looked in Alien Force (albeit with his Ultimatrix From Omniverse) due to his new body aging.
- Kevin looks exactly the same as he did in Alien Force, but with his scar from Omniverse.
- Max has his initial appearance from Alien Force, but with the robot arm he has in Ken 10.
- Ben does not have the Master Control (Azmuth only said perhaps for his 18th birthday).
- Ben has a new Plumber base in his new house (previously owned by his parents) which has a secret subway to the old one.
- Albedo loses his right hand.
- EVERY alien transformation DOES make an appearance. This will be the first show to do this since the original series.
- Grey Matter, Upgrade, Stinkfly, Wildmutt, Ripjaws, XLR8, Wildvine, Perk Upchuck, Ditto, Spitter, Arctiguana, Buzzshock, Frankenstrike, Eye Guy, Blitzwolfer, Nanomech, and Snare-oh never appeared in Alien Force, and Heatblast only appeared on he dial.
- Grey Matter, Upgrade, Stinkfly, Perk Upchuck, Snare-oh, Blitzwolfer, Frankenstrike, Ditto, Spitter, Buzzshock, XLR8, and Arctiguana never appeared in Ultimate Alien (though they did all appear in the intro. Plus, XLR8 and Upgrade were used in Ben 10-Generator Rex: Heroes United. Furthermore, XLR8, Arctiguana, and Spitter’s powers were all used by Ultimate Ben).
- Jetray, Fasttrack, Spitter, and Chamalien never appeared in Omniverse (though Jetray and Fasttrack were mentioned).
- None of the Asia commercial-exclusive aliens, nor Portaler, Thriller Whale, Decagon Vreedle, Squidstrictor, Ventrilosquid, or Rocks, were ever used at all.
- The only exception is Eon, but he will still appear as a villain.
- This includes the reboot aliens.
- Most characters mostly retain their appearances from Alien Force, though Ben needed to be redesigned, and the Omniverse characters had to be redesigned as well as a few others, such as Paradox.
- Maltruant was erased from existence in Multiverse of Madness.
- Squidstrictor and Rocks were confirmed to be 18th birthday presents from Azmuth in Highbreed VS Incurseans.
- The first alien Ben turned into in this series was Fasttrack. This was to show that EVERY alien WILL appear, EVEN those not in Omniverse.
- However, this continues to break the trend of the first alien being a fire alien (Heatblast in the OG, Swampfire in Alien Force).
- There is cursing in this series, but only the realistic amount.
- There is HEAVY gore in this series. Examples include Dr. Animo being decapitated by Diamondhead and Albedo's right hand being pulverized.
