Princess Cadance is an Alicorn Princess from the Friendship is Magic universe in Beyond Bellwood.
Princess Cadance has not appeared in Beyond Bellwood, instead her image was used by Queen Chrysalis in Death in the Everfree in an attempt to steal love from the ponies of Equestria. Her image was later used by Doodlebug to impersonate Chrysalis.

Princess Celestia is an Alicorn Princess from the Friendship is Magic universe in Beyond Bellwood.
Celestia appeared in Death in the Everfree. Ben and the Mane Six petitioned against her for Ben's release from custody before Queen Chrysalis' plot was uncovered. After Diamondhead murdered Chrysalis, Celestia banished Ben to the moon using the Elements of Harmony.

The Royal Canterlot Guards are the guards of Canterlot and the royal twin sisters Luna and Celestia. They consist of Unicorns, Pegasi, and Earth Ponies, and are lead by Shining Armor.
The Canterlot Guards appear in Death in the Everfree, where they arrest Ben twice. The first time as Jetray when they believe him to be the threat made against the upcoming royal wedding, and again later after Queen Chrysalis is murdered by Diamondhead.

Shining Armor is a Unicorn from the Friendship is Magic universe in Beyond Bellwood. He is Twilight Sparkle's older brother, as well as the captain of the Royal Canterlot Guard.
Shining Armour appears in Death in the Everfree as both the captain of the guard for the upcoming royal wedding, as well as the lucky groom. He oversees the arrest of Jetray when Twilight and the Mane Six first arrive in Canterlot. Later, when Chrysalis's plan is revealed, he is powerless to stop her as he is completely under her spell. He is put to sleep by her magic.
After Chrysalis is murdered by Diamondhead, Shining Armor leaves to find the missing Cadance. Instead he finds the actual Queen Chrysalis disguised as his fiance, unbeknown to him.

Luna's Tantabus is a parasitic dream entity from the Friendship is Magic universe in Beyond Bellwood.
Luna's Tantabus formed as a manifestation of Princess Luna's guilt for betraying and attempting to overthrow her sister 1,000 years ago. This dangerous creature acts as a self-inflicted punishment, threatening Luna with nightmares in the realm of dreams- a realm Luna would otherwise be the unrivaled master of.
Luna's Tantabus made a very brief appearance in Ghost in the Dream, and informed Luna's advice to Ben as he dealt with his own Tantabus.

Twilight Sparkle is a Unicorn from the Friendship is Magic universe in Beyond Bellwood.
Twilight Sparkle is the main character of Friendship is Magic, and the favoured student of Princess Celestia. She was invited to her brother- Shining Armor- 's wedding in Death in the Everfree, with her friends coming along as well to help set up the wedding. In truth they had all been invited to help protect the loving couple from a threat that had been made against the wedding. When Jetray was captured by the Royal Guard, Twilight visited him to hear his side of the story. Learning of Ben, the Omnitrix, and seeing him turn into Kickback, she decided to petition for his release. She would come to regret this decision when Ben killed Queen Chrysalis.
She appeared again in Ghost in the Dream as part of Ben's dream. She spoke to Wing Thing before the dream mutated into a nightmare, and Ben was tortured by his Tantabus and comforted by Luna.
