Azmuth was a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime in Earth-CDXI.411 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Azmuth was the Galvan First Thinker, the progenitor of the Galvanic Mechamorphs, and the original inventor of the Unlimited Omnitrix before it was modified by Kev 'Leven. He became a recurring ally of Kev's before his death at the hands of the Flesh prior to Life and Flesh.
Azmuth was portrayed by an actor in the movie A Thousand Doors To Death, which Ben Tennyson recalled in the episode The Genocide Gene.

The Dagon intended to invade the physical realms and, from there, stage an attack on the Ledgerdomain four years before the events of Beyond Bellwood. He was stopped and banished by Kev 'Leven.
The Dagon's fate remains unknown.

Deefus Veeblepister was a Lenopan actor from Earth-CDXI.411 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Deefus made his name as a famed actor by portraying Kev 'Leven in the various live action depictions of his heroics. Being a Lenopan, and therefore naturally able to shapeshift, made him a natural casting choice and the key decision that allowed the first Kev 11 movies to be produced.
Deefus Veeblepister first appeared in Beyond Bellwood in the episode The Genocide Gene, where he played Kev 'Leven in the movie A Thousand Doors To Death in a flashback. He was killed by the Flesh during the events of Life and Flesh.

The Highbreed were an order of Augstakan racial supremecists from the planet Augstaka in Earth-CDXI.411.
The Highbreed used a series of jump gates to launch a simultaneous invasion of the whole Milky Way Galaxy in an attempted Omnicide. This war was ended by Kev 'Leven, who use the Unlimited Omnitrix to repair their damaged and inbred genetic code and save the Augstakan people from extinction. Doing so brought a swift end to their war. The Highbreed disbanded soon after, reforming into the New Augstakan Republic.
The Highbreed appeared in Beyond Bellwood via Augstakan actors in the movie A Thousand Doors To Death in the Genocide Gene.

The Highbreed High Council were the leaders of the Highbreed in Earth-CDXI.411.
The High Council were the ones who devised the plan for an omnicide against the Milky Way Galaxy, and orchestrated the war from their council chambers of Augstaka. When Kev 'Leven used the Unlimited Omnitrix to repair the genes of the Augstakan species, the former Highbreed turned their ire against the High Council who were then tried for their crimes.
The High Council appeared in Beyond Bellwood via Augstakan actors in the movie A Thousand Doors To Death in the Genocide Gene.

Ignacius Baumann, known more commonly as Mr. Baumann, was a Human from the planet Earth in Earth-CDXI.411 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Baumann was the founder, owner, and manager of Mr. Baumann's- a family and alien friendly supermarket located next to one of Bellwood's many entrances to the Undertown. He was Ben Tennyson's boss while Ben was employed there.
Mr. Baumann has not appeared in Beyond Bellwood. He was killed by the Flesh during the events of Life and Flesh.

The New Austakan Republic is the new government of Augstaka in Earth-CDXI.411 in Beyond Bellwood.
The New Augstakan Republic was founded in the wake of the Highbreed's attempted omnicide of the galaxy, which had been prevented by Kev 'Leven. They put the Highbreed High Council on trial for their manipulation of the Augstakan people and the crimes the Highbreed committed in their name.
Though the NAR do not directly appear in the series, their comments on the movie A Thousand Doors to Death are mentioned in the episode The Genocide Gene.

The Plumbers were an interstellar law enforcement agency in Earth-CDXI.411 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
The Plumbers were a long standing and powerful military police force specialising in cross-jurisdiction enforcement, as well as maintaining peace, order, and coexistence in the galaxy's various melting pots. They began formal interactions with the Earth after the attack by Vilgax, where they took the warlord into custody after he had been stopped by Kev 'Leven. He then helped oversee the integration of the Plumbers into the United States government. The Plumbers were often left to look after the Earth as Kev took long bouts of absence. The Plumbers would see much more use on Earth as the immigration of extraterrestrial citizens to the planet began.
The last of the Plumbers were wiped out when the Earth was destroyed by the Flesh in Life and Flesh.

Vilgax the Conqueror was a Chimeran Warlord from the planet Vilgaxia in Earth-CDXI.411 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Vilgax destroyed half of Manhattan, killing thousands of people, in search of the Omnitrix. He was stopped by Kev 'Leven, who also saved him from the destruction of the Chimeran Hammer (Vilgax's Warship). He was handed over to the Plumbers by Quadsmack.
Vilgax's fate remains unknown, however he was likely killed prior to the events of Life and Flesh by the Flesh.
