Ben found the Omnitrix at age 10 while on a road trip with his Grandpa Max and Cousin Gwen, retrieving it from a meteorite in Yosemite Park.
In The Other Ben, while fighting Kevin 11, Ben was abducted onto Slix Vigma's Megacruisier and forced to fight as a gladiator in his arenas. Ben refused to fight and fought against Kevin to protect their opponents despite being chained to him. Ben, with the help of Other Ben, broke free from the arenas and liberated the gladiators. He fixed the Unlimited Omnitrix using Upgrade before being sent back to Earth.
The Gladiators were a group of aliens kidnapped from across the universe of Earth-10,000,000.3 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood. They lived aboard, and competed on, Slix Vigma's Megacruiser.
At least one gladiator was killed during Slix Vigma's games in The Other Ben, when Slix Vigma opened the arena floor and he fell into the jaws of the hungry Piscciss Volann beneath.
Gwen was tricked into accompanying Ben on Grandpa Max's summer road trip, when the latter discovered the Omnitrix.
She was in the Rustbucket when Kevin 11 attacked in The Other Ben, but missed when Ben Prime was abducted. She met Other Ben shortly before he, too, was abducted by Slix Vigma.
He betrayed Ben Prime in order to get access to the Omnitrix, where he absorbed the DNA from it in order to shapeshift himself. When he came to blows with Ben, Ben won. To get the upper hand, Kevin created an 11-way fusion of Ben's ten aliens (plus his own Human DNA) to become Kevin 11. Unfortunately, the transformation was permanent.
He pursued the Rustbucket beyond San Francisco and fought Diamondhead in The Other Ben, before being abducted by Slix Vigma and forced to fight alongside Ben Prime in gladiatorial games. When he met Other Ben he used his Galvanic Mechamorph abilities to damage the Unlimited Omnitrix. He killed Slix Vigma as the two Bens made their escape from the Megacruiser.
Max was present inside the Rustbucket during Kevin 11's attack in The Other Ben, however both Ben Prime and the Other Ben were abducted before they could reach him.
The cruel audience gathered in the Megacruiser from across the universe to watch the gladiatorial games hosted by Slix Vigma. Although they were stationed well above the fighting, they were not safe when Unlimited Diamondhead broke free via the seating areas.

Ben identified a few of the audience members by species;
A shoal of Piscciss Volanns from the planet Piscciss from Earth-10,000,000.3 in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood. They had been captured by Slix Vigma and, rather than being given the dignity of being able to fight for their freedom, were kept in a dark moat beneath one of the arenas. The Volann shoal laid there in wait for the arena to be opened up, ready to spice up any showing of Vigma's choosing.
The Volann shoal appeared in The Other Ben when Slix Vigma opened the arena to force Ben 10 and Kevin 11 to execute their opponent. The opponent fell to their death as the Volanns ripped them apart. When Ben Prime fell towards the waters, he transformed into Ripjaws and the Volanns refused to attack him. Instead, Ben was able to recruit them to help fight Kevin. Some went to fight Technorg as well. The Volanns were rescued when Unlimited Buzzshock transported them to the escape pods.
Slix Vigma owns and pilots the Megacruiser, as well as overseeing the gladiatorial games held within. He kidnaps aliens from across the many galaxies he visits, including Sparkplug and Technorg.
He was, at some point, abducted by Slix Vigma and forced to fight aboard the Megacruiser. The strongest fighter before the Omnitrix-wielders arrived, Technorg was the Megacruiser's undefeated champion.
