Research Technician Angel is a Human from the Doctor Who Universe in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Angel is a crew member of the Salvation Station, and was helping to develop new technologies for use in the Human-Dalek War when the station was attacked by a group of Daleks. Angel's technologies, particularly her Dalek Dummy Plug, were instrumental in helping the crew escape from the station when Rosemary activated the self destruct.
The Doctor in particular noted that Angel's work was brilliant.

Officer Harold Conway was a Human from the Doctor Who Universe in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Conway was a crewmember aboard the Salvation Station when the Daleks attacked. But while Rosemary and the Doctor worked to stop the Daleks, Conway was attacked and subsumed by The Flesh. He became an Avatar and tried to convince the other crewmembers to join the Flesh. His Avatar was destroyed when the station's self destruct sequence completed.

Davros was a Kaled scientist from the Doctor Who Universe in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Davros was a brilliant scientist who brought the Kaled-Thal War to an end when he accelerated the genetic damage done to his own species and encased the results in polycarbide war machines- creating the Daleks.
Davros was mentioned, not by name, by the Doctor in The Genocide Gene when explaining the Daleks to Ben.

The Doctor is a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey in the Doctor Who universe in Beyond Bellwood.
The last surviving member of her species, the Doctor travels the universe in the TARDIS alongside an ever-changing cast of her companions. Presently, she wanders the universe saving lives alongside Yasmin Khan.
She appeared in The Genocide Gene where she formulated a plan with Ben Tennyson to defeat the Daleks invading the Salvation space station. She helped the crew evacuate after Ben betrayed the Doctor's plan in an attempt to 'fix' the Daleks and they instead defected to the Flesh.
She is the DNA source for the Omnitrix's Time Lord DNA sample.

Systems Officer Enfield is a Human from the Doctor Who Universe in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.

Chief Engineer Angel is a Human from the Doctor Who Universe in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Halloway was a crewmember of the Salvation Station before it was destroyed under Rosemary's self destruct order. He assisted in the escape from the station onto the Dalek saucer, bringing a series of modified welders to use as weapons. He escaped along with Angel and Enfield.

Yasmin 'Yaz' Khan is a Human from the planet Earth in the Doctor Who universe in Beyond Bellwood.
She was once a member of the South Yorkshire Police Force but joined the Doctor in the TARDIS after an alien incursion in her hometown of Sheffield. She has been travelling with the Doctor for nearly five years and over that period has saved the Earth several times.
Yaz appeared alongside the Doctor in The Genocide Gene, where the pair had already thwarted the Dalek's initial plans and were in the middle of dealing with the resultant invasion of the Salvation station. She aided the Doctor in giving the Daleks an ultimatum before the Daleks were transformed by Ben Tennyson using his Omnitrix. She helped the Salvation crew pilot the Dalek saucer as they escaped the station's self destruct sequence.
