The show follows young Max Tennyson and Phil who are the world's dependable team to solve extra terrestial crime cases. Set before Ben 10 has discovered the Omnitrix, the city known as Bellwood is lurking with evil. In a case of murder, Max and Phil are partnered together to solve a mystery that will lead them into the paths of several infamous criminals across the galaxy such as Psyphon, Dr. Animo, Kevin Levin, Captain Nemesis and even Vilgax as they begin to develop into the way they are in the present. New characters and new villains such as Krigsheld, Valdovas, Iceberg and The Emperor will also be introduced that have never been seen before.
