In Alien Force, Beetoleopa is a big, blue, insectoid alien. He has two claws for hands on his arms and a pincher for a mouth. On his head are thrones which are also on his elbows. He only has two toes per foot and has 6 legs. He also has four yellow eyes.
In Ultimate Hero, his appearance does not change majorly from his Alien Force appearance.
