Basil Dexter Smith is a human/Time Lord from the planet Earth in Ben 10: Enter the Ultimatrix who wields the Omnitrix-Pi.
Appearance[]
He has brown hair and grey eyes, pale skin, a maroon version of Ben's Ultimate Alien jacket, with a black pi symbol on a white circle. He has a yellow shirt with thin blue stripes and red question marks between stripes. His pants are grey.
Personality[]
He has a good sense of humor, and he is always either very optimistic, or very pessimistic. His four-letter personality type is INTP.

He can calculate very quickly, and he uses his Omnitrix-Pi in battle.
Weaknesses[]
He hates grammatical mistakes and will yell at anyone who makes one, so saying something like "It's more easier" is a good way to distract him.
Biography[]
He was the Doctor's grandson a long time ago, and he has regenerated since then. He gained the Omnitrix-Pi from Z'Skayr, who wanted to take over the universe with it. The white parts were originally made of bone. He examined it and made a new one out more humane materials.
