Azmuth is a Galvan from Galvan Prime, and is the Creator of the Omnimatrix.
Early Life[]
Not much is known about Azmuth's early life, but he is recognized for his high intellect, as there are writings about him and how his inventions improved Galvan society.
Creating The Omnitrix[]
Azmuth built the Omnimatrix to unite species under a mutual understanding, as well as a show of how they could learn from one another. He hasn't confirmed it but it's implied by Vilgax he himself had used the Omnitrix at one point, which Ryan took to mean during testing of it. But after an attempt to steal the device by an unknown assailant, he discovered how the Omnitrix could conciveably be weaponized and decided to send it to Charles McCrimmon on Earth. Although because he'd lost contact with the person he entrusted to deliver the Omnitrix, he wasn't aware it had made it to Earth until it was activated for the first time.
Meeting Ryan[]
Much to Azmuth's detrement, Charles' grandson Ryan got to the Omnitrix before he did. initially ignorant of this until the day after, when he did find out he intended to take the Omnitrix back right then and there. He almost did, but then Charles expressed belief in Ryan and so he allowed him to keep it.
His Former Assistant[]
Azmuth used to mentor a young Galvan named Alpha before the Omnitrix was even concieved. When he built the Omnitrix, Alpha expected he would look after it, but when he discovered Azmuth had sent it to Charles, he began to build resentment towards his mentor as he saw it as Azmuth not trusting him. Azmuth didn't bother explaining so this resentment continued to fester. When Alpha discovered Ryan was the one who got the Omnitrix, he lashed out at Azmuth, saying Ryan was unworthy. it ultimately cultimated in Azmuth leaving Alpha trapped as a genetic copy of Ryan as punishment for his actions.
Period of Self-Isolation[]
After Ryan apparently disappeared (really he was just in another dimension), Azmuth blamed himself for it and hid himself away out of guilt. No one know where he was or did during this period, and it has yet to be brought up even after Ryan returned.
