Asterophora is the Contatrix's DNA sample of a Myceliute from the planet (unspecified) in The Trixters.
Appearance[]
Asterophora is a hulking 30ft mass of mycelium with a long, thick body that bends at points, giving them a very wonky anatomy. Also being a tripod with three lengthy, spaced toes on each foot, this alien is a marvel to all we know about biology. With three eyes on top of a brown mushroom cap shaped loosely like a stetson hat. Mant tall mushrooms protrude out of asterophora's back, giving them a very spiky silhouette. Asterophora also has little-to-no arms, having tiny nubs similar to that on the Carnotaurus.

Asterophora has a difficult time keeping limbs extended for prolonged periods of time.
Asterophora cannot go into deep water. Myceliutes are only adapted for wading through shallow swamps.
Asterophora's mushroom cap is quite soft, leading to the vulnerability of attacks.
Asterophora cannot hear, due to the lack of ears.
Asterophora has an extent to which they can extend their body.
Like all fungi, oxygen is essential to Asterophora.
