Arctiguana is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Polar Manzardill from the ice caps on the planet X'Nelli.

Arctiguana is capable of breathing out ice from his mouth, by firing either a long-range freeze ray or an icy wind that encases his targets. This ice breathing is cold enough to freeze large bodies of liquid, from water to molten lava, and can make an Arachnichimp's webbing brittle enough to shatter easily. His ice is also very slippery, as demonstrated by Freeze Lizard.
Arctiguana can use his freeze ray to create structures made of ice.
Arctiguana can use his freeze ray as a means of quickly propelling himself short distances through the air (along with anyone holding on to him).
Arctiguana possesses enhanced strength, enough to push a Petrosapien off a building, as shown by Freeze Lizard.
Arctiguana possesses enhanced durability, being able to withstand being hit by a Petrosapien's shard projectiles, also demonstrated by Freeze Lizard.
Arctiguana can survive in environments with sub-freezing temperatures.
