The Arctic FLA Base is a government building for FLA. It will be featured in the upcoming BTFF Cinematic film, Heroes .

Physical Structure[]

The Base has a physical structure. On the outside, there are pipelines that go to the base, roads and airplane highways, staircases, as well as a dock. There are three different sections of the base. Inside are multiple rooms, windows, cells, and even a lobby for the Heroes.
