Andrew Knowles is the former Proctor of South Via for the Forever Knights in Attack on To'kustar on Earth-404. Following the destruction of one of the Knights' bases in Teviv by Penny Blair, he left his position to go on a personal crusade against the military.[1] Though he is no longer Proctor, he is still a member of the Knights.
Physical appearance[]
Andrew is a 6 feet tall Caucasian male, decently well built and strong. He has a thin black beard, but the top of his head is shaven; he has amber eyes. He is always seen wearing the main Forever Knights uniform with a Proctor's cape.
