With Singularity and the other alternate villains are defeated, and Ben with his Master Control, his most powerful villain ever, Celestial King, emerges and challenges the now adult Ben Tennyson.

Scene: The heroes stand on Hakar after the villains' defeat
Ben 23: "So what do we do now?"
Ben 10: "I don't know if Singularity is still alive."
Professor Paradox: "He does not seem alive."
Ben 50"Then check."
Ben 10,000: "I would prefer if I did it."
Ben 10,000 approaches
Singularity jumps up in the air
Singularity: "HA!! YOU THOUGHT ME TO BE DEAD!!"
Ben 10: "Ok, let's take him out!"
Ben 323: "Singularity, you're no match for all of us."
Singularity: "Perhaps."
Singularity disappears
Gwen, Kevin 11, and Grandpa Max: "What the?!"
Azmuth: "He is not done!! We must follow his phlotonic energy stream!"
