Plot[]

The Dino Bite cafe was currently closed, no activity beside janitors cleaning had taken place, it looked empty. However, entering the base, Chase and Riley were seen practising sword techniques alone. Chase held onto Riley's Dino Saber, while Riley was correcting his positioning, coordinating his arm gestures and moving the blade upwards. "You've got this, Chase." he spoke, smiling.

Chase takes a deep breath and slashes the test dummy. Sparks of energy started flickering as the brunette southerner started smiling. "It worked." he cheered. Chase drops the blade as he runs in for a hug at Riley, who's eyes were watering with joy. "You're getting a lot better with the blade, Hotshot." Riley spoke softly.

Chase softly chuckled. "You're a really good teacher."

Riley kisses his cheek as he grabs his Dino Saber from the ground and puts it back where it belongs. He then grabs his rucksack and walks to Chase. "Right, it's time we head home." he spoke, warmly. Chase smiles as they head out of the base, holding hands, as they walked towards the door, ready to leave.

As soon as the camera pans up to the moon, the camera switches to the daytime. Enter Riley's bedroom, with the alarm clock showing "9:30am"; in other words, they were late for work. Chase's arm was clinging onto his blonde boyfriend as they both slept, with Riley cuddling up to Chase, feeling comfortable. Riley's phone started ringing, as Shelby tried to call him. After going on voicemail, the camera shifts to Shelby on the phone, annoyed.

"He's not answering his phone." she moaned in annoyance. Tyler was concerned. Shelby spoke again with a more harsh tone. "They're never this late to work, usually they'd be here with us."

Tyler then realises the problem. "They're having a lay in." he spoke. "I'll go over to Riley's apartment, I'm sure I'll find out the reason behind this."

"Have fun." Shelby smiled. "I guess..."

Tyler walks off while Miss Morgan walks in. Noticing his departure, she walks over to Shelby and asks "Where is he going?"

"Tyler's going to Riley's apartment to try and figure out why the two lovebirds are late for work." she responded.

During the late hours of a Sunday evening, and the Dino Bite cafe being closed along with the Museum, Chase and Riley were practising techniques with Riley's Dino Saber alone. With Chase managing to hit the test dummy with full force, they both celebrate with a warm hug, and later on, a kiss on the cheek from Riley.
Riley grabs his backpack and leaves with Chase as they head back to Riley's apartment, holding hands.

Continuing on from the massive time skips from Power Rangers: Dino Charge, this episode fills the gaps from episodes 7 - 17 of Dino Charge, reasons for this are that Chase has yet to call him a beauty onscreen, and how Chase moves to New Zealand in this episode.
