He keeps his tornado powers ofcourse, and his new ability of making smaller tornados and turning both him and the mini tornados into other materials such as fire or water. Like Ultimate Echo Echo, he loses his duplication ability, as it could kill him if he overuses it in his normal form.
Weaknesses[]
When using a material like fire, water can extinguish him, and then Sem will turn back.
