- Ayden Matthews: A ten year old Plumber in training, Ayden has extreme potential as noted by his superiors. As such they granted him access to the Omnitrix, one of the most powerful devices in the universe. However even though he has the skill to use it, he's also extremely lazy and loves hearing things "break". However the Omnitrix he wields is continually switching his dna and changing him in ways, though it is capable of being fixed it continues to glitch and has caused him problems several times. He has a dislike for smoothies and only likes ice cream. Ayden's rivalry with Tyler leads to him getting on the nerves of Mani a lot.
- Mani Williams: Mani Williams is a half-breed alien hero with the ability to manipulate ice. She is constantly in an optimistic mood and shows a liking for animal wild life .
- Tyler Williams: Tyler is an alien of an unknown race, he is believed to be the cause of project-telos a fail-safe used to give him more control of his powers. His abilities are telepathy which he uses to read minds. Tyler also has a rivalry with Ayden.
- Chase Martins: A quick-witted pyronite, he is very jealous of Ayden.
- Lilly Reeves: A tomboy Lilly has the ability to control technology , a technopath.
- Chron: Chron was a chronosapien who redirected the energies of a time-bomb to save the world, He watches over all timelines.
