For me, it'll have to be Ultimate Alien. I liked the mature, dark theme to it, and the story had a nice build up and well climax, not without fault though. As well as that, I was a big fan of the animation style, and the ultimates were a very interesting concept that I liked. It could have been better, sure, and the scenery sounded dull at times, but it was by far the best Ben 10 in my opinion.
