Hey all; quick update!
Starting with the next episode, there will be a "Previously on" and "Next on" compilation/trailer at the beginning/end of every episode. The previously segment will be a recap of important scenes from previous episodes, while the trailer will be a preview of upcoming scenes, mainly from the very next episode, but occasionally from later in the chapter.
To preview this new part, I have added a trailer for "Denial" to the page for Lightning. Check it out now!
My next update probably won't be for a few weeks, so bye!

Quick update time!
I am now halfway through writing Chapter 6 of the series, which three more episodes are done. Hopefully I will have the final three episode of the season finished in the next two weeks, so I can release a trailer for the final chapter of the season two weeks from today. This final chapter is jam-packed, and the episodes are already much longer than most episodes have been before.
And when I say jam-packed, I certainly mean it. Without giving away too many spoilers, this chapter has intense action sequences, gripping character development and flashbacks, tragic deaths, shocking betrayals, the surprising answers to many season-long questions. Of course, with every question answered, there are already three more to be asked in its place.
In the week before the series returns I will be posting more updates, and some cool special character bios because I feel like doing that, but nothing too impressive.
Oh, and later this week I will be making a semi-related blog post. Not saying what it's about, but if you know me, and know what time of year it is, maybe you can guess.
Next update on this thread won't be until next weekend. Cheers!

As promised, here is the next update!
On Tuesday, I will release a sneak peak for Denial, as it will be released one week after that. Then, on Sunday, I will release a trailer for Chapter 6.
Finally, here are the first two character bios I talked about: Sven Schmidt and Hadria Carter.

Sven Schmidt | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Sven is one of the main characters of Attack on To'kustar. He is a 13 year old boy from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, he is forced to flee. Sven has a strong will and a desire to do things in his own way, which cause him to have passionate anger against the To'kustars which threaten humanity. His goal in life is to explore beyond the walls, despite the wishes of his family. After the To'kustars returned, he took his first step towards his goal, by joining a military training program for several teenagers in Ateria and Teviv. However, things took an unexpected turn when Sven discovered a mysterious device at a Forever Knights base, which allows him to transform into a To'kustar. Now, while still unsure of how to control his newfound power, he uses it to help the army fight back against the To'kustars and the Forever Knights.

Hadria Carter | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Hadria is one of the main characters of Attack on To'kustar. She the 14 year old daughter of Aterian police chief Lawrence Carter. Raised solely by her father after her mother was kidnapped by the Forever Knights a few years prior to the start of the series, Hadria has had very few interactions with many of the other children in her town, causing her to become independent, but also arrogant. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Hadria joins a military training program with several other children in her town and Teviv. As she prepares for training though, she soon learns that she is not like the other kids in more ways than one: she is an Esper, having mysterious powers that she has still yet to discover. As she continues to train, she begins to seek out the answers to many questions, some of which do not have a simple answer.

Today's update has some major announcements concerning season two. I'm currently going through a major revision process of my plan for the season. While this will not delay the start of the season or any of its episodes, it does drastically change what I had announced in terms of chapters. The titles of the chapters will all change. I am also abandoning the Espers of the Heart subtitle for the season, and chapters will no longer all be named similarly within a season.
I can also confirm that season two will contains six chapters and a total of 24 episodes. The six chapters are:
No character bios today. I will post the next two tomorrow, along with any other news.

Today's update has a lot of content but not a lot of announcements. Firstly, voice actors. Take them with a grain of salt because I might change them, but I've decided to give every character an actor who would voice them, because I feel like it. If you disagree with me and think I've made a bad choice for a certain character
Secondly, a sneak peak of Denial, which will premiere one week from today. The sneak peak will include the previously section, the credits, including --VOICE ACTORS-- and a bit of the first scene of the episode. I may release another sneak peak of a different part of the episode as it gets closer to next week.
Finally, two characters bios, as promised: Michael James and Arik Iverson

Michael James | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Michael is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He is a 15 year old boy from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, he is forced to flee. Michael tries his very best to be friendly to those around him, and goes out of his way to stop arguments before they turn into fights. When he was two years old, his father was arrested after murdering his mother, so he was raised for the previous 13 years by the family of his good friend, Teru Hikami. He is extremely extroverted and patient, though when put into certain situations with people he is very comfortable around, he can be more open about his personal thoughts and feelings. He tends to assume the best out of people, and never thinks that someone would be capable of doing something other than pure good until it has already happened. For this reason, he can be overeager and too trusting, which may prove to be problematic in a world where betrayal and deception seem to be common tactics. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Michael joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv.

Arik Iverson | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Arik is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He the 14 year old daughter of Ben Iverson and Yolanda Iverson, the former of whom was one of the few people to travel outside Wall Via. Unfortunately, Ben was was killed many years ago, leaving behind only his journal for his son's viewing. Following his father's death, Arik was raised by his mother, who tried to spend more time at home in Ateria, despite her job in the capital working for the government. Due to his difficult upbringing, Arik tends to be more reserved and shy in social situations. Despite this, he is good friends with Sven Schmidt, who is the only person with whom Arik is willing to talk to about and show his father's journal. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Arik joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv. As the training begins, he begins to open up to his fear of To'kustars and the unknown, realizing that he can use his intellect to make up for his deficits in physical strength. Perhaps the smartest of the children who flee Ateria, Arik uses his smarts to aid him in combat, making him overall just as strong as his teammates.

Lily is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. She is a 15 year old girl from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, she is forced to flee. Lily is very shy and often tries to get out of situations where she has to express her feelings. However, she can get very emotional about things that she is passionate about, or around people that she cares about. She is rather introverted and prefers to be alone, but that doesn't stop her from having a few close friends. At her school, she was in the same class as Michael James, and also became good friends with Hadria Carter. Lily is an only child, and was raised by her parents Graham and Kerry, both of whom lived their whole lives in Ateria. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Lily joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv.

Teru Hikami | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Teru is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He is the 14 year old son of Soichiro and Naomi Hikami, and the older brother of Mikoto. Teru also grew up alongside his close friend Michael James, who was orphaned at the age of two. At times, Teru can be a bit of a bully, putting himself before others for humor or selfish means. However, deep down, Teru can be very serious, and often thinks the most clearly when he can have fun at the same time. Teru tends to try and dominate social situations, but he is slowly learning not to be as demanding. With Michael and his family, he lived in Ateria for his whole life until the To'kustars returned. After this, Teru joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv. Training with the military helps Teru to realize that his greatest strength is his intelligence, which makes up for his tendencies to do what is funny instead of what is right. Nonetheless, Teru is a straight shooter, who isn't afraid to tell people what he thinks, even if it might cause a disagreement.

When the To'kustars return, Lawrence becomes the leader of a special team, training the children of Ateria to help fight back against the alien intruders.

I've been busy the last two days, which is why that there haven't been any updates, but I assure you I am still happily progressing in my writing. I will change my schedule slightly, however, to post eight more character bios tomorrow, and a trailer for the new chapter on Monday.
--Paper
The eight character bios will be posted later. They will be for the following characters: Tuesday Smith, Ryan Thames, Nathan Loretta, Penny Blair, Vance Grace, Maxwell Wagner, Troy Dieter, and Pietro Czeswin.
For now, here are some Attack on Order updates.

Okay, bios will be posted tonight.

Scratch everything in the previous few posts. I said I was considering splitting the season one finale into two parts but ultimately decided against it; well, I changed my mind. The season finale is indeed two parts. I have moved some scenes around among the first five episodes and ultimately condensed them into four episodes. They will be named and released as follows:
As you can, most episodes are being delayed a week. Hopefully this will not happen again in the future. Also, because I have a few more days before I start releasing episodes again, I'm going to hold off on the bios I promised until tomorrow. Two a day Monday-Thursday.
One day this week I will release the chapter trailer. Again, I apologize for the delays. I will try to do a double episode at some point, maybe the season finale, maybe the season two premiere, or maybe something else, not entirely sure, but I'll certainly try.
