[A woman watches from the Parthenon as Athens is attacked by the alien soldiers. An old man appears, shooting at the alien soldiers. The woman then takes out a sword and kills more of the soldiers as a truck-like spaceship arrives, shooting at the aliens. ]

The Battle has come across seas, as the Greeks try to fight back, but are failing due to lack of technology. There's some are able to fight back, like this old man, and the woman, but this ancient city is being hit hard.

Thanks Diamond. Many of the major bridges here connecting Manhattan to the rest of the world have been destroyed by the Demon Snakes. The MetLife building is in ruins, and I am no longer on the Chrysler Building, but instead in what was once known as Wall Street. The Stock Exchange Building, behind me, is completely blocked off, and it seems like the number of injured and dead is only rising. While Ben Tennyson has helped, the aliens continue to hit Manhattan, and are heading up north to Boston, Toronto, and many other cities as well. Wait a second... a solider has told one of our producers that we need to get indoors now. So, I'll get back to you when we can.

That's it folks. The U.S. Military has launched a massive strike in Midnight City, New York, and Washington D.C. in the hopes that it will... Oh my god. Oh my god, it appears that the alien spaceships have shot down the air strike force here, in Midnight City. Okay, Hank Devon is back.

Thanks Diamond. The Air Strike has hit the alien ships and Demon Snakes, and appears to have been a success. Two Demon Snakes came down, crashing into Central Park, with other ships crashing in different areas. There's still more of the enemy, but it appears that it was a success here.

Alright, thank you. We've been able to reach the rest of our crew, and we've confirmed that they have found safety, with the exception of Regina May and Hank Devon. Please, pray for us and for them. I'm Diamond Soyer.

Thanks Diamond. It appears that after hours of battling, devastation, and death, the battle in New York City is over for the moment. Now, there is an eerie calm as many of its trapped citizens attempt to come in terms with the dark reality they live in. I'm flying above Manhattan right now, passing by a damaged MetLife Building, where it appears Ben Tennyson and an alien ally are sitting in the wreckage, watching the night. The damage done to the Big Apple is beyond belief, but for now... the enemy is defeated. I am currently heading to a military base, where the U.S. Army plans to take back Washington D.C. within the next two hours, and then to the rest of the country.

[Alien Soldiers are still fighting there, as Clark appears. Clark attacks one of the soldiers and knocks him down. He takes a blaster and kills some of the soldiers. Suddenly, his blaster runs out of energy. One of the Nikon'ali smiles as it takes a machine gun from a dead criminal and walks forward. Suddenly, Crash appears in a car and picks up Clark. Crash drives away with Clark as the Nikon'ali fire. ]

Midnight City is still in a state of emergency. This will most likely be the last broadcast for a while, folks. Pray for us, as we hope to defeat the evil aliens that are invading our world. We've called Regina May and Hank Devon, who have confirmed the same thing. Then, we called the rest of our team, who also reported the deaths of the alien soldiers. The Battle for the Earth is over. Humanity has survived ladies and gentlemen, but at a great cost. A very great cost. Hank? Would you like to talk now?

While the Battle in Manhattan had ended hours ago, we knew that the battle across the planet was still talking place. We had received information that Rome had damaged severely, and that Shibuya, Tokyo has lost many of its colorful screens and electronics. Fortunately, none of the nuclear reactors across the world were touched by the alien soldiers, as that would have led to a new crisis. Behind me, our American Soldiers are cheering, now that Humanity has won. Now... Diamond, as soon as I can I'm going back to Midnight City. I want to see my wife, who I called shortly before now. She's alive, and she's in an emergency shelter. Goodbye, Diamond.

As many of the workers for Midnight City News inspect the damage, we watch as the families slowly exit their homes. Some hug each other, knowing that they are alive. Others, fall to the ground, on their knees crying because their loved ones are dead. Even some have gone crazy, and killed themselves because of the nature of this event.

Because of the nature of the event, the Midnight City Police Department is working with the National Guard and the US Military to set up emergency shelters and homes across the city for those whose homes have been destroyed, for those who are homeless, and to find loved ones. The Battle is over, but the clean up has only begun. If you find any of the following resources that you can spare:
